As your dietitian, my goal is to tailor your nutrition plan to you as an individual. No diets. No fads. Nutrition is not one size fits all. I will never ask you to give up a food group or restrict. Health is a journey and sometimes a bumpy one. I am here to support you and help you through the process.

Food is part of who we are. We celebrate with it, it makes us HAPPY and nourishes our soul. As YOUR dietitian I want to help you have a good relationship with food while still achieving your goals. I am here to educate not judge.

I grew up in a Hispanic household, I know exactly how food is part of your everyday life. I spoke Spanish every day and still do! I am one of the few Spanish Speaking Registered Dietitians in Philadelphia, my goal is for you never to lose your cultural identity.

As your dietitian, I want to help you ditch those diets and still eat those foods you love while still being the healthiest version of you.
